Adoption Timeline Survey
If you are at any stage of the adoption process in Haiti, please take time to fill this out. We are going to use this information to create graphs to see if there is any consistent time frame with any stage of the adoption process there. We will also use your responses to gather other important information to help those who are in the adoption process now.
